Sikh community & their noble acts of selfless service without any sort of discrimination will be recognized by every survivor of cyclone FANI in Odisha and the help will be remembered for years to come.
No one has ever thought that a day will come in Odisha when a part of the state will be pushed into the darkness, hunger and people will strive for drinking water. Cyclone Fani has reminded us about 1999 and what nature can do!
But in the need of help, the Sikh community ‘Khalsa Aid International’ have come together with locals and Gurudwara Shri Guru Singh Sabha to provide much-needed assistance to the people of Fani cyclone-affected areas and it’s a relief for them.
Providing langar (free cooked foods) and drinking water two times on a daily basis to help the people and once again proved that humanity still exists and it has a face.
Sikh volunteers of Khalsa Aid International has also served the people of Kerala during the flood last year and similarly helping refugees at Iraq and Lebanon.
