Rourkela’s Muktikant Biswal who started his journey few months back to remind PM Modi about his promises about Super specialty hospital and Brahmani bridge at Rourkela has covered 1350KM.
Carrying the national flag on his back believing that it keeps him motivated. Even though he fainted on the Agra Highway and had to be admitted to a hospital, Muktikant’s spirit remains undaunted, and he is hopeful of meeting Prime Minister and requesting him to fulfill the promises he made.
Talking to Muktikant he said, “Ispat General Hospital is the lifeline of Rourkela, and it is in such a bad shape that people die there every day. I am hopeful that even though the PM did not fulfill his promise in the last four years, he is going to do something in this year.”
But apart from Muktikant’s attempt to drag PM’s attention towards the fake promises he made after election, it’s the national news channels and Rahul Gandhi who did the job more easier.
Going one step ahead, Rahul Gandhi blamed Narendra Modi for the death of Rourkela people due to lack of medical facilities. Here’s what Rahul Gandhi tweeted.
The PM promised Rourkela a multi speciality hospital three years ago. Now, Muktikant Biswal has walked 1,300 Km to Delhi because the PM hasn’t kept his promise & people are dying.

And this is how the public is reacting to Rourkela issue
Talking as if there were Multi-speciality Hospital during 2004-2014.
Govt have already sanctioned money and land to this year for Multi-speciality hospital and medical college in NIT Rourkela, which Congress couldn’t do during their regime.

What d hell his party and fellow followings were doing for last six decades in Rourkela…!!! Bloody pity politics
Not a single minister thinks of such issues of Rourkela … It’s really pathetic….. Saluting the courage of Mr Muktikant

Hope PM Modi will listen to him now and the issue will be resolved.
