A day after Indian Airforce annihilated JeM camps in Pakistan occupied Kashmir, Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) began testing other missiles in Odisha.
The defence agency tested two missiles which are being developed for the Army.
Defence sources said the missiles were test-fired from Launch Complex 3 of the Integrated Test Range (ITR) at Chandipur near here.
In January this year, India achieved major progress as the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) effectively test terminated the next generation anti-radiation missile which can take on adversary radar stations from a distance of 100 kilometres.
As tensions between India-Pakistan is rising, the Indian govt. has also approved Rs.2,700 crore for the purchase of defence equipment.
However, further details on the test are still awaited.
