Hard work always pays off and to prove this statement, we have the recent example is the newly appointed SP of steel city Rourkela, K Siva Subramani.
We’ve seen many such movies in which the hero turns into a successful officer or a movie superstar. K Siva’s inspiring journey is not less than any south movie script.
The 2009 batch IPS officer has started his journey from a remote village in Tamilnadu.
While many of us hesitate to study ITI after the 10th board, probably considering this as a Non-govt job stream and we see no future in it. But then K Siva Subramani has completed his ITI training as a fitter and what will surprise you more is his first work designation!
He worked as a mechanic in Ashok Leyland and he was also working as a Bus Conductor and a part-time driver in SSN College of Engineering.
Later on, he started practising agriculture as his occupation. Hard to believe all these things but the truth is a success only comes to those who believe in laborious and determined to achieve what they want.
Before becoming an IPS officer, his last job was in a Railway workshop in Trichy, where he was working as a technician.
And finally, in his 6th attempt, he cleared the Civil Services Exam in 2009 and became an IPS officer. A humble and honest guy in nature, K Siva Subramani has served as SP in Bolangir district and recently transferred to Rourkela.
