But what will make both Pakistan & USA worry about is how the so called pride of west, the advance F-16 failed infront of the Indian MiG-21 Bison made by USSR in 1985 and not to forget the extremely skilled and brave pilot Abhinandan Varthaman who took the chance.

  • The Mikoyan MiG-21 Bison is mostly a single-seater fighter jet with a long fuselage and delta wings.
  • At least 110 MiG-21 jets were upgraded in 2006 to MiG-21 Bison. The upgrades include equipping it with powerful multi-mode radar, better avionics and communications systems.
