Odia movie industry is slowly changing and thanks to some of the real creative people behind it who’s still working hard on the original scripts, stories to give us a real-life experience. And for the first time the producers decided to bring in the Rang De Basanti fame who’s well known as one of the best actor in the Hindi movie industry Atul Kulkarni to act with our very own Manoj Mishra and Anu Choudhury..
The movie name is ‘Patnagarh’ and it’s based on the parcel bomb blast incident happened in Odisha’s Bolangir.
Atul Kulkarni will play the role of Crime Branch IG Arun Bothra who cracked the case and believed that cracking the parcel bomb blast case was “the most difficult case in his career”. Where as Manoj Mishra is playing the role of Punjilal Meher, prime accused in the parcel bomb explosion case. The movie will release in both Odia and Telugu language and expected to release on Dussehra this year.
As most of the movies in Ollywood comes up with the stars like Anubhav & Babushan with having peppy songs and copied script, this movie can be a break through in the Odia industry.
