Whether it’s providing free clothes to the poor or visiting different areas of Rourkela in midnight to distribute Blankets to poor people and shift them to shelter house, Rourkela ADM Mrs. Monisha Banerjee is now again in news for all the right reasons and we as a whole are pleased that Odisha has such executives who’s action and knowledge certainly facilitate success in administration and made an example for others.
In an unfortunate incident, a 12-year- old boy lost both his legs while he was getting down from a running train on Jammu-Tawi Express in Rourkela station on Wednesday early morning. Other social organisation ‘Ame Bharatiya’ also helped in taking the boy to hospital. Otv Senior reporter Satyananda Mohanty first refreshed the news.
As soon as the news reached to ADM Monisha Banerjee, without any delay she initiated the process to transfer him to Ispat General Hospital from RGH for immediate treatment and her quick decision saved this 12-year-old boy’s life.In a comparable sort of episode, a woman in Hubbali, Karnataka died after her legs were crushed between steps and the platform while she was entering into the coach in Hubballi-Bengaluru City-Mysuru Hampi Express.
