While we all just talk about Clean India and Digital India, there’s this young girl who did something which no one has ever expected and showed an amazing work which includes both digital & clean India.
Prisita Preetam, a student of Chandrasekharpur(Bhubaneswar) is the only student who got selected for 105th edition of the Indian Science Congress at Hyderabad from 3rd Jan to 7th Jan’18 and that will be hosted by Osmania University.
On this day, India will see an extraordinary model of a garbage disposer connected to Aadhaar number, which has been created by non other than our own Odisha girl Prisita. Yes! you heard it right. She has joined sensors in her creation that are straightforwardly connected to biometrics submitted at the time Aadhar enrollment.
During disposal from the dustbin, these sensors will send a charge for confirming fingerprints of the individual throwing out the rubbish. Once the fingerprints are checked, point will be added to the individual’s record through instant messages. Earlier in Januray, 2017;another girl named Priyanka Panda had received IGNITE award from Ex-President Pranab Mukherjee for inventing a technology which can actually measure the exact pollution level in New Delhi.
It is an effort by these young ladies to inspire individuals to keep their area clean by utilizing dustbins & we hope this will be a milestone in the innovations of Clean India mission.
