2016 is not yet over and BJD still trying hard to win the race of most controversial govt. of this year.

What has published in the latest report of The Indian Express over the allegations of BJP MLA Radharani Panda is just shocking. The report said that “The winter session of the Odisha State Assembly that began on 5th December has been seized by pandemonium over allegations that women were forced to remove articles of black clothing before being granted admission to attend a gathering led by the Chief Minister, Naveen Patnaik last week.

BJP woman legislator Radharani Panda today alleged in the Odisha Assembly that a lady was asked to remove her black colour innerwear before being allowed to enter the venue of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s meeting at Bargarh. Panda’s allegation created ripples in the House after she was given an opportunity to speak on the issue of security personnel asking girls and women to remove black ‘Odhani’ (stole) before allowing them to attend a government programme attended by the Chief Minister in Sundergarh district on December 4.

“Even a woman was asked to remove her black petticoat to attend the CM’s meeting held earlier at Bargarh,” Panda alleged adding she came to know about the incident of November 25 from media reports. She also alleged that a 5-year-old child died due to suffocation at the Chief Minister’s meeting at Bargarh. ”

Though CM Naveen Patnaik has already given a statement on the incident that took place at Sundergarh. BJP & other leaders of oppsition have condemned the incident & also the MLA was denied permission to speak whilst poking fun at the chief minister’s terrible fear of the black colour – asking whether his next move would be asking men to tonsure their heads so that he need not look at their black hair.

So many bold black letters in one article!!
